In 3 hours, 57 minutes, Summer 2011 will be gone forever, never to be seen again.
This summer has been wonderful. I've had so many AMAZING experiences, and made so many new friends, and I like to think that I'm not so much a mess as I was in May.
This really truly has been the best summer ever. No lie.
And now, it must come to a close. Agony, I tell you.
I wish I lived in Phineas & Ferb's world. Endless summer would be nice, no?
I was able to do soo many awesome things this summer. I really don't know one person who did as much as me. So, I shall now proceed to give Summer '11 one last hurrah. Think of me as the funeral speaker, or something of the sort.
1. St George. The fam and I headed to St. George for the week, staying in a condo, swimming for hours every day, the like.
2. Musicfest. I already wrote about this fantastic week here! But yeah, what's not to love about being with your hilarious friends and playing music (that actually sounds good!) every day?!
3. Island Park, with my Dad's side of the family. Pretty great. :)
4. Retreat for Girls. Again, wrote about this here. I just absolutely love how I went not knowing one person, and by the end of the week they were like my bestest friends. I still love those girlies.
5. Girls Camp. (!) A week of dirt, besties, and spiritual edification. Totes great.
6. Bear Lake. Tubing with the cousins, nothin' better! Except being thrown off while tubing with the cousins, of course.
7. EFY. Absolutely wonderful! I really don't know what to say, it was just amazing!
8. Alturas. With my other side of the family, we had a great time freezing our butts off every night!
Summer, I love you.
