please: be a real person

Hi. Are you a real person?

Over the last couple of weeks one thing has been bothering me a lot:

 People who aren't themselves. 

For whatever reasons, people just seem fake. Maybe they're trying to appear more popular, funny, smart, unique, whatever; but why try to APPEAR all those things when instead you could try to BE them? Really. On the flip side, I really really enjoy people who are comfortable showing the rest of the world who they really are. I know that can be hard, I know I'm guilty of being a "fake person" myself sometimes. BUT we all should try. Because a real person is much more enjoyable to be around than a fake person. 

And yes, I know this post probably didn't make much sense.
